Week 1

Monday 

Lunch: Chicken Katsu Bowl

With Bulgar wheat, crunch carrots, shaved cucumber, radish, pickled ginger and a Tonkatsu sauce to top.

Dinner: Beef and Cauli salad

With cubed sweet potato, air-fried cauliflower salad, crunchy chickpeas and a mustard yoghurt dressing.


Tuesday

 

Lunch: Tropical poke bowl

With fresh teriyaki salmon sashimi/chicken, mango, cubed sweet potato, pickled ginger & our tangy sriracha sauce.

Dinner: Sweet and Sour Chicken

With quinoa, pineapple cubes, red pepper, spring onion and marinated lemon grass chicken breast.

Wednesday

Lunch: Chicken Beetroot salad

Lemon and herb chicken served with Bulgar wheat, fresh beetroot, feta cheese, baby spinach leaves, and pumpkin seeds topped with spring onion and a balsamic glaze.

Dinner: Sweet and Sticky Pork Meatballs

With a trio of green vegetables, wholewheat couscous, crunchy coconut shavings and a teriyaki sauce to finish.

Thursday
 

Lunch: Beef Taco salad
Taco spiced beef mince with sweetcorn, sliced red pepper, black beans, jalapeño guacamole, and tomato salads topped with fresh coriander.

Dinner: Vietnamese Chicken salad
With wholewheat couscous, shredded carrots and cucumber, sweet chili, fresh mint, bean sprouts, and crunchy coconut shavings.


Friday 


Lunch: Tropical poke bowl

With fresh teriyaki salmon sashimi/chicken, mango, cubed sweet potato, pickled ginger & our tangy sriracha sauce.

Dinner: Coronation Chicken Bowl

Curried yogurt chicken with wholewheat wraps, iceberg lettuce, diced tomatoes, sliced avocado and fresh coriander.

Week 2

Monday 

Lunch: Chicken Fajita Burrito

Taco spiced chicken breasts, diced red and yellow pepper, salad tomatoes and red onion with wholewheat couscous, sweetcorn, and black beans all topped with avocado, sour cream and jalapeño slices.

Dinner: Beef Meatballs in Pita
Wholewheat pitas with beef meatballs, diced red onion, mozzarella cheese, salad tomatoes, finished with a zesty Tzatziki.


Tuesday


Lunch: Tropical poke bowl
With fresh teriyaki salmon sashimi/chicken, mango, cubed sweet potato, pickled ginger & our tangy sriracha sauce.
 

Dinner: Harissa Chicken spiced bowl

Honey spiced pumpkin, crunchy chickpeas, Bulgar wheat, feta cheese, cherry tomatoes, red onion and

air-fried zesty broccoli.

 

Wednesday

 

Lunch: Chicken Mexican Bowl

Taco spiced chicken breast, wholewheat couscous, crunchy lettuce leaves, cheddar cheese, avocado, cherry tomatoes salsa, sweetcorn and a dollop of sour cream.

Dinner: Chicken corn soup

Wholesome chicken soup with barley, carrots, sweetcorn and red pepper.

Thursday

 

Lunch: Mauritian chicken curry
With spiced tomato salsa & fragranced cauliflower rice.
 

Dinner: King Steak Wrap
Smeared in Hummus, filled with rocket, quinoa, cherry tomatoes, diced spring onion, fresh avocado, salted peanuts, feta cheese & a side of Tzatziki dressing.

Friday 

 

Lunch: Tropical poke bowl
With fresh teriyaki salmon sashimi/chicken, mango, cubed sweet potato, pickled ginger & our tangy sriracha sauce.
 

Dinner: Vibrant Chicken Caesar salad

With sliced juicy tender chicken breast, tossed with a balsamic vinaigrette dressing on a bed of quinoa and fresh basil leaves.

The program gives you the correct daily balance of proteins, carbohydrates and fats for your goals.

We only use fresh, organic produce available and in season.

A delivery fee is added to the fee if you are on our delivery route,  except if you are out of the area.

An order can be canceled if it is done a week in advance and a new delivery date is issued to be used within two weeks. 

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for cancelations.

Choose when you would like to start. We have a new menu program starting every two weeks.

Supply us with a delivery address for delivery during the day.

We deliver your fresh nutritional meal to your door, every day!

(The total cost includes delivery fees).

Our delivery route will be extending from Bloubergstrand to Bantry Bay, Camps Bay, and surrounds and delivery time will be between 12h00 - 14h00 daily, from Monday to Friday.

 

Max 2 Protein  (for example salmon for filet) exchanges allowed for dietary needs.

Proteins for the poke bowls can be substituted at an additional cost:

- Replace with Salmon -  Additional R400.00 for the 2 weeks Meal Program

- Replace with Salmon -  Additional R800.00 for the 4 weeks Meal Program

- Replace with Salmon & Tuna - Additional R300.00 for the 2 weeks Meal Program

- Replace with Salmon & Tuna - Additional R600.00 for the 4 weeks Meal Program

- Replace with Tuna/chicken only - No additional fee

Please note: a 50% upfront deposit is required.

To ensure you get your meals delivered on a Monday you choose to start, it is essential that your payment is made before 12 noon the previous Wednesday.

Payments can be done by doing an EFT.
