I have an immense passion for cooking, all things food-focused and working with people - please call me your Cooking Dietitian.

My aim is to help people to live a truly balanced life that is sustainable for long-term health preventing the development of diseases of lifestyle such as Type 2 Diabetes and Hypertension.
